Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 21, 2007, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership, made a false statement to the effect that “A part of the G forest owned by the deceased Kimcheon-si, which was a guarantor under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership, went beyond H, but was registered unfairly in excess of the actual amount, and the original gift was received by the principal.”

However, in fact, 600% of the above forest land was purchased from the Defendant’s deceased father F around November 8, 1963 as stated in the copy of the register, and there was no fact that the Defendant was donated from the F.

Around August 10, 1993, the Defendant, by deceiving the above guarantor, had him prepare a false guarantee certificate as if the Defendant donated 600/1384 of the above forest land from the above F to the above F, and around September 2007, submitted and exercised the said guarantee certificate to the Kimcheon City Mayor. Around October 11, 2007, the Defendant was issued a written confirmation of the above forest land from the Kimcheon City Mayor.

2. On January 14, 2008, the Defendant submitted a false report to the public official who is not aware of the fact that he received 600/1384 shares of 1384 shares from F out of the forest land in the Daegu District Court, Kimcheon-dong, Kim Jongcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and submitted a false report to the effect that the above shares are owned by himself, as in paragraph (1), and made the said public official enter the fact that the above shares are owned by himself in the electronic records register, which is the same as the original copy of the authentic deed.

3. The Defendant had, around that time, keep and exercise the above real estate registration register, which recorded false facts in the above light machines.
