A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant is an applicant for compensation of KRW 730,00,00 to C, who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the wood prison on January 29, 2014.

2. Around April 3, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement on the PC, which is located in the Hoposidong, that the Defendant would send the said camera to the victim H who reported and contacted, by sending it to the victim H.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send the above Kameras, even if he receives the above Kameras from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 360,000 won from the victim to the account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and fraudulently acquired it.

3. On April 8, 2014, the Defendant, on the victim I, posted a letter "I, on the bulletin board "SOY NEX-5T Sustrace, I sell NAV PC at the upper PC room located in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si on April 8, 2014," and reported this to the victim.
