A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 16, 2016, the Defendant, at around 11:30 on the front day of the “C Child Care Center” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan, who was under the influence of alcohol, was asked to remove the knife of the entrance of the above Child Care Center without any justifiable reason, and requested the Defendant to return the knife from E, the police officer belonging to the police unit of the Msan-dong Police Station D police station in Msan-dong, Busan-dong, who was called upon 112, for the said knife of the knife by hand, and assaulted the above E’s sexual organ once flife.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention, suppression, investigation, and maintenance of order.

2. Around 15:30 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant was arrested and detained as a current criminal for the same reasons as Paragraph 1 at the detention room of the police station in the Msan-dong Police Station in Msan-gu, Muwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, 17:56.

In the meantime, eight persons, such as F and G, are the victim, H (V, 27 years of age), who is the custody officer of the detention room at the above detention room, shall be called "Wingk Dobbb and one-year-old." This sentence shall be opened.
