Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2018. 11. 21. 14:40경 대구 달성군 B에 있는 C 외부 화장실 대변기에서 하의를 내린 채 앉아서 소리를 지르다가 신고를 받고 출동한 대구달성경찰서 D파출소 소속 경위 E, 순경 F으로부터 귀가할 것을 종용받자 술에 취해 화가 나, 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 E의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 발로 다리 부위를 2회 걷어차고, 발로 위 F의 다리 부위를 2회 걷어찼다.

계속하여 피고인은 현행범으로 체포되어 같은 날 17:00경 대구 달성군 G에 있는 위 D파출소 앞에서 대구성서경찰서 유치장으로 입감되기 위해 순찰차에 탑승하다가 동행하던 위 D파출소 소속 순경 H의 얼굴 부위를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.
