Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2017, at around 13:50 on June 26, 2017, the Defendant, at subway stations located in Mapo-gu Seoul, and subway stations 2, and subway stations 3-2, located in subway stations 3-2, had only one time the victim E (19 taxes, in his/her hand) who waits for subway stations, and continued to have the victim’s name-free boxes (20 ton, do) waiting for subways at the above place 2-2 can only be seen as one time in his/her own hands.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims in public transportation means, places of public performance and assembly, and other densely-populated places.

However, the defendant moving to the right side of the victim E from the platform to the right side of the victim E, and tightly adhered to the victim E. The defendant applied for the defendant who is walking back the body of the victim E to the right side of the platform immediately after returning the body of the victim E, and then driven the defendant.
