The issue of this case is whether the victim's statement is reliable since there is no person who has directly observed the situation except the defendant and the victim (the 17th page of the evidence record), and there is no person other than the defendant and the victim.

In this regard, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, i.e., (i) the victim's statement about the situation before and after the occurrence of the disputed assault, except for the facts of assault, appears to be almost consistent with the Defendant's statement.
