Punishment of the crime

2. 모욕 피고인은 제1의 가항 기재 일시, 장소에서 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 춘천경찰서 I지구대 소속의 경찰공무원인 피해자 J가 피고인에게 대금 지불의사 여부를 묻는다는 이유로 위 D과 다수의 손님들이 지켜보는 자리에서 피해자에게 “씨발 병신들아, 짭새 씹새기들, 돈 못내 씹새끼야”라고 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
