A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2013, the Defendant was driving a B-to-be motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.117% without a driver’s license, from the front of a fryel in the vicinity of the Geumpo-dong, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, to the front of the sampling hospital located in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.

2. On August 5, 2013, at around 22:22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated the Defendant’s “D” personal information as if he/she was the Defendant’s personal information; (b) stated the Defendant’s name column in the driver’s name at the bottom of the report on de facto statement of de facto driver’s situation, which was prepared by the said police officer; and (c) presented the said police officer a report on de facto driver’s statement to the effect that the signature of the said “D” was genuine, as if he/she was aware of the fact that the signature of the said “D” was duly completed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged the above “D” signature and exercised it.
