A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 23, 2020, around 08:23, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 14 minutes due to the following reasons: (a) around 08:23, the Defendant: (b) under the influence of alcohol at the D street store operated by the victim C (the age 41) on the 1st floor; (c) the victim was dumped from the above restaurant floor; and (d) the victim was dumped by dumping his/her shoulder with his/her shoulder; and (d) the Defendant was dumped.

2. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the injured Defendant: (a) caused the victim C (the age of 41) to have his/her shouldered himself/herself; and (b) caused the victim to go beyond the victim’s face by having his/her blusium sealed the victim’s face with his/her arms and blusium; and (c) caused the victim to go beyond the victim’s face with his/her hand; and (d) caused the victim’s face with his/her blusium, the victim’s blusium blusium, etc. to undergo approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. The Defendant: (a) destroyed the property damage due to the fact that the victim C (the age of 41) broken his shoulder by breaking his shoulder at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1); (b) caused the damage to the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 550,000 on the ground that the victim C (the age of 41) shacked him; (c) 2 string the boomed by pushing the brightness, walking the string, cutting the strings, strings
