On June 8, 2015, at around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) avoided tobacco from the c freezing warehouse in Sncheon-si B; (b) caused it to be emitted from the paper stuffs that were located adjacent to the frozen warehouse due to the burner’s negligence without extinguishing the cigarette; and (c) extended the combustion to the fire so as to cause the freezing fire.
