Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2014, at around 02:18, the Defendant: D’D operated by the victim C in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 2, 2014, put a cigarette on the fourth floor office of an entertainment drinking club “D’,” which was operated by the victim C, and caused a cigarette butts away from the floor of the office, to be removed from the wall, and to be removed from the wall, which was located adjacent to the electrical accident.
