A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:05 on May 30, 2018, the Defendant returned 5,000 won to 'C' which is a restaurant located in the Seogu Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu. At around 13:05, the Defendant: (a) returned 5,000 won of the Defendant’s house from her son D without obtaining permission; (b) confirmed the Defendant’s her fright to her face; (c) confirmed the Defendant’s her fright to her face; (d) her fright to her face of her fright to her face; (e) her fright to her face; (e) her fright to her face ( approximately 45 cm, about 45 cm, about 80 cm, about 15 cm, and about 80 cm).
