The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the phrase "assumed in the last two pages of the judgment of the court of first instance" is "including "assumed in the last two pages of the judgment of the court of first instance," and that "Nos. 2, 3, and 4" in Part 9 is "Nos. 2, 2, and 8 (including paper numbers)", and therefore, it is identical to the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.
