Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 17, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to larceny of intrusion upon a structure at night at the Seoul Central District Court on July 17, 2003, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 23, 2009; and on July 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Court on July 25, 2012; and on October 16, 2014, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Cheongju District Court on March 9, 2015, and was sentenced to nine months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Sinju District Court on September 24, 2015 to the night residential larceny at the Sinju District Court on March 16, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant, at around 23:00 on February 21, 2018, opened a driver’s seat door of the pertinent car owned by the victim E, which was parked in the “Del” parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do on February 21, 2018, and entered into the said car as a hand, and then deducted KRW 83,000,000, in total, KRW 500,000, in cash within the wall owned by the victim within the wall owned by the victim who was located adjacent to the said car’s seat.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On February 22, 2018, around 02:45, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat of the said vehicle on his hand and entered into the said vehicle with a cash of KRW 1,200,00 owned by the victim, which was parked on the street 40-1, a 40-gil, a PPPS car, which was parked on the street of the “SPPPP car” in front of the building “YPPP 9-1, PPP, PP, PP, PP, PP, PP, PP, PP, PP, PP, and then cut down the street equivalent to KRW 1,200.
