Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the so-called Singishing organization that obtains money from victims by misrepresenting an unspecified number of people to make a loan when he/she redeems existing loans by misrepresenting the employees of the lending company, etc. by making a false statement.

On May 1, 2019, the Defendant, in succession with the staff of the Singishing in the name of the first police officer, and when the personnel of the Singishing organization called the victims to make such a false statement, the Defendant, upon receiving the amount of damage from the victims under the direction of the “B”, conspired to exchange the amount of damage to the Sing Bank account through the friendly job offering C, to transfer the amount of damage to the Ting Bank account.

On June 10, 2019, the employee in charge of scaming in name following the above public offering assumes the public prosecutor belonging to the Suwon District Public Prosecutor's Office regardless of the fact by calls to victims V on or around June 10, 2019, and falsely speaks as follows: "If there is a passbook in the name of the party during the seizure passbook. Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the employees in charge of singinging the name in collusion, by deceiving the victim as above, and by receiving KRW 10,380,00 from the victim, acquired it.
