Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 981]
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On January 28, 2016, at around 06:42, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant by pushing the victim D’s “E” operated by the victim D in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash 100,000 won in the market value, with one simple imprisonment without prison labor equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 in the market value.
B. On February 2, 2016, at around 03:42, the Defendant: (a) opened a door set up several times by hand at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; and (b) intruded into the restaurant, and cut off with one simple imprisonment without prison labor equivalent to KRW 50,000,000 at the market price of the victim’s cash owned by the victim, which was located under the direction of the head of the relevant restaurant.

On February 3, 2016, at around 02:03, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door by hand several times, and intruded into the restaurant, and (b) cut off with one simple credit cooperative equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim J, operated by the victim J, in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
2. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at around 05:41, the victim M&D operated by the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “N”), and the Defendant attempted to larceny by opening the entrance door by hand several times, and intrusion into the store, with a simple safe owned by the victim under his/her supervision, and intending to take a theft by using a light on the light installed in front of the entrance, even though he/she reported that she returned to the entrance of the entrance and exit of the light.
[2016 Height 1615] The Defendant, around 00:06 around January 30, 2016, opened a entrance door with the hand, and intrudes into the said store. The Defendant, at around 00:06, opened the entrance door by hand at Q sales operated by the victim P in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu.
