Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on January 13, 2017 and completed the execution of the said punishment on December 4, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus is not a person handling narcotics, but is not able to handle the psychotropic drugs (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. On December 22, 2017, around 05:00 on December 22, 2017, the Defendant administered philopon once by inserting approximately 0.08g of philopon in the studio of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, into a disposable injection machine and dilution it with water, and administering philopon into the Defendant’s arms.

2. On April 24, 2018, the Defendant accepted the philophones without compensation from one telephones located in Macheon-si, P.M.D on April 24, 2018 to E who became aware of the Malophones through C.

3. Around May 3, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones on May 3, 2018, at around 10:30 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08 g of philophones among the c and H in the residence of the F building G in the Gu Government-si, and administered philophones once.

4. On May 3, 2018, around May 3, 2018, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase phiphones between I and C by delivering 600,000 won of philophones received from C upon request from C to I, and delivering 0.8g of philophones received from I to C in the atmosphere near the above place, in a manner of delivering 0.8g of philophones received from I to C.

Around May 4, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones on the following occasions on May 4, 2018: (a) the Defendant injected approximately 0.08g of philophones among L, in the “K” telecom located in J at the Government of the Pacific City of the new wall, and administered philophones once by the aforementioned method.

6. Around May 5, 2018, the Defendant received and administered opphones without compensation fromO in the place of residence of theO located in the Matel-gu, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Mtel No. 22:30 on May 5, 2018.
