1. The Defendants’ respective shares of 1/3 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff on September 5, 1977.

Facts of recognition

The relevant non-party E (the name “F” at the time of the Japanese occupation occupation) is the nominal owner who owns the ownership transfer registration on November 13, 1994 with respect to the 67 square meters (hereinafter “G land before division”) in Yong-gun-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul (hereinafter “F”).

(A) Evidence No. 5, B No. 1). E died on November 1, 1957, and Nonparty H inherited the property of E solely by inheritance of Australia.

H died on July 14, 1992, and the Defendants were co-inheritors as H’s children.

(A) The Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s receipt, holds a receipt of December 16, 1945 (hereinafter “instant receipt”) drafted between E and Nonparty I, who is the her Chokon.

(A) The Plaintiff, on December 16, 1945, holds a record of inspection of the register (Evidence 5) prepared during the Japanese colonial period for each land specified in the receipt of this case, as well as a record of inspection of the register (Evidence 5) prepared on December 16, 194 for each land specified in the receipt of this case.

Plaintiff

Of the land indicated in the instant receipt for the transfer registration of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 21, 1993 by N, the wife of the Plaintiff, on the grounds of sale and purchase as of April 10, 1980 (No. 11-3). Of the land indicated in the instant receipt, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 19, 1965 with respect to “320 square meters prior to K (hereinafter “K land prior to division”) from among the land indicated in the instant receipt.

(A) On June 23, 2003, the land of K prior to the subdivision was divided into 26m2, 172m2 before P, and 13m2 before Q, respectively, on June 23, 2003.

On the other hand, among the land on which the receipt of this case was entered, the G land before the division is still registered under E, and thereafter, on May 1, 1964, each land indicated in the separate sheet, namely, G large scale 202 square meters and R road 20 square meters or less, is "each land of this case."
