Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2013, at around 20:20, the Defendant towed handcles to the front subway construction site in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, and transferred 5 poppy in an amount of KRW 50,000, the market price managed by the victim C, and was discovered to the victim and attempted.
