1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,436,167 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The facts of recognition are: (a) the Plaintiff retired from office after being employed by the Defendant from February 18, 2013 to May 17, 2017; (b) the Defendant, out of the Plaintiff’s wage for the said work, KRW 34,436,167, totaling KRW 16,561,160 among the Plaintiff’s wage for the said work, KRW 12,746,367, and KRW 5,128,640, and annual rent for non-use; and (c) the fact that the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 34,436,167 without any dispute between the parties or by adding the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement

2. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff unpaid wages of KRW 34,436,167 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 1, 2017 to the date of full payment after the fourteen days from the date following the retirement of the Plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
