9. Until December 21, 200, a total of KRW 360,000 borrowed from the Plaintiff on several occasions does not conflict between the parties.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above borrowed amount of KRW 360,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 13, 2017 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. As to the defendant's defense, the defendant asserted that he paid not less than 50,000,000 won out of the above borrowed money to the plaintiff, but there is no evidence to support this, and there is no ground for the defendant's defense.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
