1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 30 million won and 12% interest per annum from July 26, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

According to the evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 2, and 3, the fact that the plaintiff lent 30 million won to the defendant can be acknowledged. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the loan amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 26, 2019 to the day of full payment after the copy of the complaint of this case was served on the defendant.

As to this, the defendant defense that the defendant repaid the above amount of KRW 12 million to the plaintiff, but the evidence submitted by the defendant alone is insufficient to recognize it, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
