[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in Seoul High Court on December 6, 1990; ten months; one year and six months; one year and six months; one year and six months; and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in Seoul Central District Court on July 20, 1995; one year and six months; and one year and six months from July 23, 1999; one year and six months from imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Busan Central District Court’s branch branch branch; and one year and six months from July 22, 2009; and one year and six months from imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on December 13, 2010; Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor from the Seoul Southern District Court on March 24, 2010 to three times and the execution of the same criminal for the same crime is terminated in addition to the punishment of larceny.
【Criminal Facts】
On April 2012, the Defendants conspired to steal goods by intrusioning into vacant houses, after having become aware of the fact that they did not have a certain occupation.
1. On May 22, 2012, at around 09:30 on May 2, 2012, the Defendants deemed that they were locked at the entrance of the victim E located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and determined that they were locked. After Defendant B’s prior preparation, Defendant B opened a lock and opened the door, and opened the door for the main bank’s crime prevention. Defendant A intrudes the door through the crime prevention window, and intrudes the door into Defendant B, thereby opening the door for the main bank, and then, Defendant B intrudes the door for the main bank, and 30,000 won in the market price of the victim’s 150,00,000 won in the market price of the victim’s 14k neck, 250,000, Samsung Digital Digital Ca, 14k, and the market price of 10,000,000 won in the aggregate.
2. On the 29th 10:00 of the same month, the Defendants reported the victim’s outing out of the house to the victim G located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and confirmed that the victim was out of the house, and then Defendant B was in advance.
