피고인과 D, F은 2019. 7. 1. 03:30경 불상지에서 위 온라인 게임에 접속하여 진행하던 중, 피해자에게 패배하게 되자 게임에 입장해 있는 사람들이 모두 볼 수 있는 채팅창에 순차적으로 음절, 단어 혹은 문장을 이어가며 의미를 완성 시키는 소위 ‘눈치 게임’ 또는 ‘세로 드립’이라는 방법을 이용하여, D은 “H 따먹고 싶다”라는, F은 “H 씹 걸레년”라는, 피고인은 “H갈보 ㅇㅈ”라는 글을 위 채팅창에 각각 게시하고, 이어서 피고인이 “보”라는 글을 게시하자 D은 “H씨 갈”이라는 글을 위 채팅방에 각각 게시하였다.
