Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended sentence for larceny at the Incheon District Court on August 11, 1999, and on March 6, 2014, Defendant A received a summary order of KRW 3 million for larceny from the Incheon District Court on March 6, 2014. Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on December 23, 2009, and was sentenced to five times of criminal records in addition to the summary order of KRW 500,000 as larceny at the Incheon District Court on June 18, 2014.

1. Defendants B and A - Violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny)
A.
