Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 22, 2018, the Defendant, on December 22, 2018, driven the said cargo vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 1km from the road in front of the ordinary house where the Defendant living in E, from around 09:06, via G car page located in F on the same day, around 17:00 on the same day.

C. The Defendant committing the crime in December 24, 2018 is residing by the Defendant, who is in the Seocho-si, around 09:36, December 24, 2018.
