A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 16:00 on December 7, 2012, the Defendant was able to drive a D-wing and freight vehicle owned by the Defendant in order to go to Smarket near the Defendant’s house, with 225 square meters of 13% density at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-si C apartment C apartment C apartment 208.
