A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, even if she borrowed money from the Victim C, did not have the intent or ability to repay as agreed;
1. On August 7, 2012, the phrase “If the victim lends 6.8 million won after deducting 1.2 million won from the prior interest, the victim will be reimbursed 8 million won after three months after the lapse of the three months” in the Empan bank located in Speaker-si D, and that it shall be defrauded by receiving from the victim a gold of KRW 6.8 million from the victim, i.e., the victim’s seat;
2. Around August 13, 2012, the victim’s credit cooperative located in the Dong-dong, which reads that “If the victim lends 4.6 million won, after deducting 4.6 million won a pre-paid and 4,000 won from the pre-paid passenger, he/she will lend 5 million won to the victim”, the victim obtains a payment of KRW 4.6 million from the victim, namely, a gold 4.6 million from the tin.
3. On August 22, 2012, the Government's general civil petition office located in the Dong-dong Office of the Government, stating that "the victim will pay the fine to him/her without any framework of three months after the end of the week in which he/she paid the fine," and notifying the victim of the virtual account number for the payment of the fine, thereby obtaining the victim by deceiving him/her of the fine of 20250,000 won;
4. On September 4, 2012, a false statement stating that “If a victim lends 9.7 million won, which deducts 300,000 won from the prepaid interest, due to insufficient funds, to make clothes,” the victim shall be reimbursed for all KRW 1,70,000 on a three-month basis at the Government apartment G’s residence located in the GuroF apartment G, i.e., the victim shall receive KRW 9.7 million from the victim, i.e., the victim shall obtain money from the seat, and the victim shall obtain it
5. On September 4, 2012, the phrase “a loan of KRW 12,50,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and interest shall be repaid to the victim, including interest at KRW 5,00,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000 won is extended to the victim’s stores in the mutual influent coffee located in the city of the Government,” which is false from the victim’s sixth of the same month.
