Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 10, 2009, the Defendant: (a) was at the construction site of the building B in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do; (b) was unable to have the victim C subcontracted the windows and metal works among the remodeling works; (c) the Defendant made the victim enter into a subcontract for the said remodeling works, i.e., the said remodeling work contractor, and the metal works; (d) provided that the victim would not have the ability to obtain a subcontract for the said remodeling works; and (e) was provided with KRW 2 million for the down payment on February 29, 2009 and KRW 5 million for the down payment from the victim; and (e) acquired a total amount of KRW 5 million for the purpose of transferring KRW 3 million on March 9, 2009.

2. The Defendant,

A. On December 2, 2008, the Defendant received KRW 9 million from the victim F, such as receiving KRW 4 million in cash from the victim’s place of payment, and receiving KRW 5 million from the bank account under the name of the Defendant, by fraud as follows: “If the Defendant received orders for construction works on the 7,8, and9 stories of the Mapo-gu Social Building in Yongsan-do, but the labor cost and the self-support cost are insufficient, if the payment for the completed portion would be paid, then he will be paid immediately.”

B. On December 6, 2008, by receiving 1 million won from the victim in the same manner as Paragraph (a) above, and by defrauding it;

C. On March 21, 2009, by phoneing the victim to “if a fine is not paid due to an influorial autopsy, it would have been caused by the influorial detention.” The victim, who, in turn, received 300,000 won from the victim and defrauded it; and

D. On May 11, 2009, the victim's signboard will be set up at the victim's principal face office office in the Lee Jae-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Center for the Operation of G Victims.

“Falsely referring to a 1.60,000 won from the victim, by receiving the money from the victim, and by fraud;

E. On June 23, 2009, the victim called the victim and followed the H land development project removal services, and the personnel expenses were needed for the head of the party, so it is possible to send KRW 2.6 million.
