A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on February 9, 2014, at “E” for the victim D’s operation in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) asked F, an employee of ordinary level of f, whether he/she has male-gu; (c) made it difficult for F, a man-child-gu defect; (d) made a male-gu defect; and (e) took a look at F, he/she took a bath; and (e) made it impossible for the customers who had entered the f, who had been flick for about two hours, to enter the flick.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's marina business by force.

2. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50 on February 20, 2014, stated “E” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, that the Victim F (n.e., women, 31 years old) purchased Maart as gift; (b) the Victim F refused it; (c) the Victim F voluntarily expressed a hump to the Victim F; and (d) stated that “I will not know that I will work at this hump,” and forced the Victim F’s hand hum.

After that, the victim D (year 48) who is the business owner of the victim F, who was the owner of his own lucenta Mart, was shaking the defendant by flaging the defendant, the victim D's flag, and flaging him. In other words, the victim F, who was the owner of his own lucenta, flag, was shaking both the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.

3. On February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went to the district along with a police officer dispatched due to the crime under paragraph (2) due to the Defendant’s act; (b) went to the district; and (c) went out after being awarded a decoration; (d) thereafter, on February 20, 2014, the Defendant found the victim D’s “E” for the victim’s operation in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and held that “F will die in where the president is located; and (c) asked F, what the F wishes, and the Defendant asked, “I will only make Ne good. I will not do so. I will not enter if you do so?” and “I will not enter the bar for about 2 hours, such as threatening the victim D’s seat.”
