Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the National Federation of Democratic Trade Unions (hereinafter referred to as the “National Federation of Labor Unions”) who is a member of the metal labor union B.

[2014 high-level 2907] around May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated with approximately 3,500 vehicles, which were held in the Seoul Southern-dong 1, Seoul Central-gu, with the “5.19 Twit-gu National Assembly” assembly, which was held in the Seoul Southern-dong 1, Seoul Central District. From May 17:25, 2012 to 18:33 of the same day, the Defendant went beyond the parallel route reported from May 19, 2012 to the front of the Seoul Southern-dong 1, which was located in the Seoul Central District 1,50, to the third place in the Jongno-gu Seoul Central District 1,50, the Defendant conspired with approximately 3,50, and obstructed the traffic of the participants in the Seoul Central District 1,50, to the 30th place in the Seoul Central District 1,501.

As above, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
