Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the Daegu District Office of the B trade union C, and is the organizer of the “Assembly for Non-regular Employment Succession and Reinstatement to the Status of Dismissal” held in front of the E Hospital located in Daegu Northern-gu from January 7, 2013.

1. The organizer of an assembly or demonstration in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall not engage in any activity clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc.;

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act clearly deviating from the reported place of assembly.

2. On January 29, 2013, the Defendant visited the Daegu-si Office of G party in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, to demand the reinstatement of contractual workers working at the above E Hospital and the conversion of contractual workers into regular workers other than the above E Hospital.

From this point of time, the Defendant continued to stay in the reporters' room within the above office, and at least 18:00 on the same day, leaves the office from the Secretary General of the Daegu City/Gu Office managing the above office, to the effect that the Defendant “a request to leave the office.”

The Defendant, on January 30, 2013, around 09:00, around 14:00, around 17:30, around January 31, 2013, around 09:0, around 14:00, around 17:30, around 10:30, around 14:00, around 14:00, around 14:00, and around 18:20, over ten times in total.
