Criminal facts

On September 29, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 29, 2006; on October 2, 2008, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime; on December 22, 2010, the Defendant is a person who has been sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime in the same court; and on December 22, 2010, is a person who is engaged in the driving of the wing

On November 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.153% at a 0.153% on blood alcohol level, and led the three-lane road near the Sungdong-dong in Western-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, to proceed at an insular speed along the two-lanes from the bridge distance room.

There is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by thoroughly operating a person engaged in driving at a three-distance intersection and accurately operating the steering and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so and proceeded on the same vehicle line as it is, was shocked with the back part of the DS5 vehicle driven by the victim C(the age of 60) who is in the same vehicle line, with the front part of the above cargo vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of the victim C and the victim E (the age of 54) who was accompanied by the said vehicle for two weeks.

2. Around 22:00 on November 27, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-wing and freight vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.153% at a section of about 300 meters from the Do near the Southern-gu Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-dong to the road in front of the Sungdong-dong sexual traffic.
