Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the support of the Incheon District Court on July 1, 2009 by the subsidiary court of the Incheon District Court, and was sentenced to a summary order of 3 million won of a fine from the Suwon Friwon on October 29, 2010 for the same crime.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a delivery of a small plastic paper paper and a small plastic paper paper containing approximately 0.4 g of approximately 0.4 g of a local mental disorder, from a male who is named as the Defendant’s pro-Japanese E line on the road front of the D Dormitory Co., Ltd., the name of the Defendant’s pro-Japanese line on May 20, 201; and (b) received a delivery of a pyromatic plastic paper and a small plastic paper containing approximately 1.14 g of a pyrophone, from a male who is named as the Defendant’s pro-Japanese line on the road in front of the D Dormitory Co.,, Ltd.; and (c) affixed the following seals thereon.

5. 21. 12:00 At the G convenience store located in Ansan-si, the member-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government remitted 3:00,000 won to the non-personal account designated by the non-person and purchased the phiphone.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones by inserting 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection instrument within H and 404, around May 22, 2017, in a manner of injecting 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection instrument; and (b) dilution into the arms.

B. On June 15, 2017, around 22:00 on June 15, 2017, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in the room of the Defendant’s room of Ansan-si, Inc., and D Dormitory Co., Ltd., in a way of erophonesing approximately 0.1g of phiphones, together with red ginseng dusts.

On June 16, 2017, around 22:00 on June 16, 2017, the Defendant administered philopon in a way of drinking together with a approximately 0.1g red ginseng dust from the room of the above Defendant.

3. On June 18, 2017, the Defendant possessed a philophone by inserting a small vinyl paper containing approximately 1.14 g a philophone in the vicinity of the half that the Defendant entered from around 14:40 on the same day to 21:51 on the same day.
