Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

2,362,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for ten months with prison labor for a crime, such as violation of the Narcotics Control Act, by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on February 4, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

"2017 Highest 1470"

1. Purchase and medication of psychotropic drugs from October 1, 2016 to November 11, 2016;

A. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 700,000,000 from Dwaow-ro, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and with approximately 5g philopon from a person who has no name, to purchase a penphone.

B. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) 15:00 on the lower half of 15:0, at the 303 heading room of the Fel, E, one-time medication was performed in a way of inserting 0.1g philopon into a single-use injection instrument; (b) dilution with raw water; and (c) injection into a third blood transfusion after dilution.

On November 1, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the Defendant’s house located in Spocheon-si G by the said method.

(d)

On November 1, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones at the Defendant’s home at around 22:00 by the aforesaid method.

E. On November 5, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphones by the following methods at the Defendant’s home.

F. On November 5, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g phiphones in the above manner at the Defendant’s home.

2. Purchase and medication of dental drugs on February 2, 2017;

A. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won in cash from the front of the Dweve shop located in Daegu Western-gu, Daegu-gu, and 70,000 won in cash to the names of the winners and purchased phiphonephones with approximately five g of philophones.

B. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with brophones into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones by the aforementioned method in the above Jel 705.
