1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a construction company established for the purpose of civil engineering and construction, and E is a person who has worked as the head of the plaintiff's re-satisfy team.

Defendant B is the wife of Defendant B, and Defendant D is the wife of Defendant B, and Defendant C is the wife of Defendant B.

B. E, while serving as the head of the division and division at the Plaintiff’s re-election team, embezzled total of 24 times from September 2, 2004 to December 2, 2008 KRW 47,789,63,303 of the Plaintiff’s contract guarantee and defect repair guarantee deposit, and embezzled total of KRW 52,284,770,386 of the Plaintiff’s available funds on 24 occasions from June 26, 2008 to March 17, 2009; and acquired KRW 52,284,770,386 of the Plaintiff’s available funds on 8 occasions in total from March 4, 2009 to June 26, 2009; and acquired KRW 89,802,195,138 won in total to the Plaintiff; and acquired KRW 198,679,878,789,788.

C. Defendant B conspired with E to purchase real estate in the above name of Defendant B in collusion with the intent to conceal the property generated by embezzlement or defraudation of the Plaintiff’s funds as above. From the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Hanam-si F around March 9, 2009, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with the seller to purchase the housing of 684 square meters of the land and 98.28 square meters of the land owned by the seller and KRW 1.6 billion of the purchase price (hereinafter “Hanam-si real estate”), and paid KRW 200 million in the same day as the down payment. On the same day, Defendant B paid KRW 30 million as the down payment on March 16, 2009 and paid KRW 1.1 billion as the remainder on April 27, 2009, and made a registration of ownership transfer claim under Defendant B’s name on April 17, 2009.
