1. The Plaintiff, and Defendant B’s cooperatives’ 3,328,089 won and the interest rate thereon from November 6, 2012 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B Cooperatives (hereinafter “Defendant B”) as the party to the case, as the non-profit corporation that operated the G convalescent Hospital in Busan Northern-gu, and in Busan Young-gu, the G convalescent Hospital in F. Defendant C was a director with the power of representation of Defendant B from August 30, 2007 to August 30, 2010, and the Plaintiff engaged in the miscellaneous materials supply business in the name of H, and lent money to Defendant B and the Defendant C as follows.

B. On January 4, 2010, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 100,000,000, KRW 30,000,000 on the same month, and KRW 70,00,000 on the same month to the account of the Defendant C. On February 19, 2010, Defendant C issued one copy of a cashier’s checks representing KRW 100,000,000 at the face value to the Defendant C. (2) On December 28, 2009, the board of directors opened on December 28, 200 to the Plaintiff with the interest rate of KRW 20,00,000 from the date of borrowing, KRW 100,000 from the Plaintiff as 10,000 from the date of borrowing, KRW 00,000 from the Plaintiff, and KRW 100,000,000 from the date of borrowing, and KRW 30,01,201.

3) On January 28, 2010, the date of the issuance on January 28, 201, the date of the payment on January 28, 2011, the par value of KRW 100,000,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 200, and KRW 1,000, the due date of payment on February 19, 2010, KRW 26, October 26, 2010, KRW 1,000, face value of KRW 1,00,000, KRW 200,000, and KRW 4) were issued and delivered to the Plaintiff on November 5, 201, each of the Defendant C prepared a certificate of due repayment on KRW 10,00,000, KRW 200,000 until January 31, 201, respectively.
