The respondent is to pay the unpaid child support to the applicant on December 27, 2012 in the case of the application for confirmation of intention of divorce between Busan Family Court 2012No. 6509 and Busan Family Court 201.

According to the records of this case, in the case of an application for confirmation of marital intention by agreement between the applicant and the respondent on December 27, 2012, Busan Family Court 2012 No. 6509, the respondent agreed to pay 7,500,000 won per capita monthly to the applicant on the 25th day of each month. Accordingly, both land-bearing records were prepared. The applicant was paid 80,000 won or 90,000 won per day as child support for February 2014 and July 2014, but the applicant was also paid child support for May 1, 2014, August 8, 99, October 2010, and the applicant did not receive the child support from the respondent on the 10th day of each month and the date of expiration of the term of punishment for the applicant on March 1, 2014.
