Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2016, around 17:40 on March 6, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (n, 64 years of age) by satisfing the bat around 17:40 on March 6, 2016, in the Plaintiff’s play area adjacent to the Plaintiff’s thought-gu C Apartment 104 Dong, Busan, and with both descendants while engaging in a dispute with the victim.

2. On March 6, 2016, around 17:54 on the same day, the Defendant committed the crime, around 17:54, at the front corridor of the victim D’s house located in the above C Apartment 104 14 dong 1401, and assaulted the victim by breathing the victim’s breath by breathing the day at the above playground, and breathing the victim’s breath by breathing the bat.
