1. As to the Plaintiff, the Defendant jointly with D, as to KRW 7,332,50,00 and KRW 240,000 among them, the Defendant shall start on September 3, 2009.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 30, 2015; 3. The statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended and promulgated on Sept. 25, 2015; and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) provides that “The statutory interest rate of the case in which the first instance trial is pending at the court at the time this Decree enters into force, and the legal interest rate of the case in which the first instance trial has not been concluded, shall be determined by the interest rate under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015; from October 1, 2015, the portion exceeding the interest rate under the amended provisions of this Decree shall be dismissed.”
