A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. The Defendant and E, who jointly committed the crime with the victim, committed the act of raising living expenses through the Internet fraud, and they committed the act of providing an account to be used for the crime, distributing the money deposited by the victims to the Defendant, and having the victims wishing to purchase the goods, and having the victims engage in the act of selling the goods as if they were sold to the victims.

Accordingly, around July 30, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement on the part of the PPC located in Busan, with access to the Niberian Republic of Korea, to sell for KRW 120,000 120,000 a mobile coophone 4, and then reported and contacted the above writing to the victim F.
