Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. A defendant who has committed a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) with knowledge of ordinaryity;

In order to obtain the order of the Defendant, the Defendant was in possession of the above apartment house which was jointly occupied by the victim G, the victim P, the victim Q, and the victim R, by taking over possession from F, a parcelling-out agent.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D and invadedd the residence of victims jointly with H, I, J, K, L, M, andO.
