Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for larceny, etc. in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch on January 10, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 18th of the same month and is still under suspended execution
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A. C. On November 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, at the G entertainment room located in the Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) had the victim H (Nam and 22 years of age) who is an employee of the said entertainment room and the customers in the said entertainment room receive several times to leave the said entertainment room to the victims; and (c) caused the victims to suffer from aggression and respiratory difficulties.
On November 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:10 on November 29, 2012, in the subway station located in the Ma-dong, Busan, Busan, for the victims to take part in the victim I (n't know about 60 years of age) and his name; and (b) caused the victims to brut and pulmone symptoms.
