1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the corporation D in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, and is the actual representative of FF Shipping Board E in Busan, Foman-gu G in Busan, Foman-gu, and Fdong branch in H in Busan, Dongdong-gu.

The Defendant, while operating each F branch, established D for the purpose of franchise business, but did not prepare any facilities, and did so at the I cafeteria located in the cafeteria located in the Defendant’s operation of the said D, in order to create kimchi, snow farm products and equipment, and supply them to each point of F.

1. Any person who intends to manufacture or process foods without registration and operate a business after manufacturing or processing such foods shall register such foods with the relevant administrative agency by type of business or place of business;

Nevertheless, on February 1, 2014, the Defendant, without registering with the head of the Busan Jin-gu Office, provided the FF shipping store by cooking and keeping Kimchi, a regional scale, and a container behind the building located in the Busan Jin-gu C, Busan, as shown in the attached Table 1, from around that time to April 24, 2014, the Defendant engaged in the business of manufacturing and processing a product totaling KRW 12,863,00 as well as a product totaling KRW 12,863,00 from that time to April 24, 2014.

2. Any person who intends to engage in livestock product processing business shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each place of business;

Nevertheless, on February 28, 2013, the Defendant did not obtain permission from the head of Busan Jin-si, and provided F-doctrile to F-doctrile stores by cooking the ridges at the workplace of the said corporation D and supplying it to F-doctrile stores. From around that time to April 24, 2014, the Defendant manufactured and processed the ridges equivalent to the total sum of 291,17,100 won of raw materials as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 291,17,100 and supplied F-doctrile stores, thought stores

3. Any person who violates the Food Sanitation Act concerning the sale of unregistered foods;
