Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:30 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant driven a BH car with approximately 1 kilometer prior to the 0.117 percent alcohol concentration on the roads in front of the mountain village located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-do, the lower court driven the BH car up to approximately 1 kilometer prior to the said Dozlow-dong branch.

2. 피고인은 위 일시경 업무로 위 승용차를 운행하여 대구 동구 지저동 소재 농협지저동지점 앞 도로 1차로를 입석네거리 쪽에서 아양교 쪽으로 시속 약 30∽40킬로미터로 진행하게 되었다.

이러한 경우 피고인은 전방 및 좌우를 잘 살펴 진로의 안전을 확인하며 안전하게 진행하여야 할 업무상 주의의무가 있었음에도 이를 게을리 한 채 그대로 진행한 과실로, 마침 그곳 도로를 같은 방향으로 앞서 진행하여 신호대기로 정차한 피해자 C(33세) 운전의 D 승용차의 뒤 범퍼 부분을 피고인 승용차의 앞 범퍼 부분으로 들이받아, 그 충격으로 피해자가 운전하던 차량이 앞으로 튕기면서 그 앞에 정차 중이던 피해자 E(57세) 운전의 F 개인택시의 뒤 범퍼 부분을 들이받게 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the following: (a) light fluoral dysium, etc. requiring the victim C to be treated for approximately two weeks; (b) light fluoral dysium, which requires the victim G (V) who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle for about two weeks; (c) light fluoral dysium, which requires the victim E to be treated for about two weeks; and (d) fluoral dysium, which requires the victim H(V) who is the passenger of the victimized individual taxi for about two weeks.
