A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, with the nationality of the People's Republic of China, entered Korea on March 19, 2006, entered a disguised entry into the country with the status of stay of his students, and left the school immediately after having registered as a student to B University, and tried to laundry his status as a Korean person while illegally staying in Korea.
around March 30, 2008, the Defendant introduced 8 million won to Brers with a name-free broker who became aware of being employed as a source of store in the south-si, the Defendant entered the above C’s resident registration number in the name of “E (FF)” and issued a resident registration certificate in the name of “E” with his photograph attached to the civil petition passport department of the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul, and issued a passport of the Republic of Korea in the name of “E” by submitting it to the public official in charge of issuing a passport, who is aware of the fact that he had his photograph attached to the photo attachment column.
1. No person shall enter false facts in any documents submitted to have a passport issued or reissued, or use other unlawful means to have a passport issued or reissued;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around March 30, 2009, entered the expiration date of the term of validity of the passport issued by the Republic of Korea (H) and around October 17, 2018, in the column of the application for the re-issuance of the passport at the Korean Ambassador General of the Republic of Korea in China, the Defendant entered his/her photograph in the column of the application for the issuance of the passport, and submitted it to the public official in charge of the issuance of the passport who is not aware of the fact that the contents were false, thereby allowing the said public official to enter the fact that the passport was false in the passport, and thereby re-issue the passport in the name of E (E).
Accordingly, the defendant makes a false report to the public official.
