1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 8, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with respect to the first and third floors of the fourth floor of Jongno-gu Seoul International Building (hereinafter “instant building”) in the name of the network H, and operated a cosmetic sales store. On July 2, 2009, immediately before entering into the said lease agreement, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the former lessee, and paid KRW 170,000,000 for the premium to the said company.
B. On October 27, 2009, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the above I building due to inheritance by consultation and division from the deceased H. On March 2, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with respect to the building between Defendant B and the instant case from March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2012, with the lease term of KRW 150,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 19,140,000, and thereafter, Defendant B operated the “J”, a cosmetics seller in the instant building.
C. Defendant D’s wife, and the remaining Defendants, as Defendant B’s children, completed the registration of ownership transfer of part of the said I building due to the gift from Defendant B on March 17, 2010.
On February 15, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a lease term of 150,00,000, monthly rent of 21,101,850 by modifying and affixing the term of lease, rent, and date of preparation of the existing lease contract with the Defendants from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2014, and concluded a lease term of 150,00,000, monthly rent of 21,101,850.

On September 2012, the Plaintiff notified Defendant C of the wishing to terminate the instant lease agreement even during the process of managing the instant building. Accordingly, around November 2012, when the Plaintiff colored a new lessee, the Defendant C presented the consulting result by Samsung Securities Team that the deposit and rent of the instant building are less than KRW 25% compared to the neighboring market price, and the new lease agreement is 200 million, and the rent is present.
