Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant, on the fifth floor of the building B in the Mayang-gu, Ansan-si, where he received a report from the Defendant that the Defendant assaults a female, and was trying to listen to the circumstances thereof from the Defendant, and provided the victim C of the police station in the Yanyang-gu, the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, who was affiliated with the said reporter D, with three other factors, such as the said reporter D, with a view to publicly insulting the victim without any justifiable reason.
