Reasons

Punishment of the crime

A. On August 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) signed a seal on the “C”, “A”, “A7”, “A”, “A”, “A”, “I”, “A7”, “A”, and “B” on the vehicle registration number column of the “A”, which is kept in place for the purpose of exercising the mortgagee B, B, and the bond value on the victim C-A-A-A7 vehicle owned by the Seoul Gwangjin-gu public service center; and (b) on the debtor and the principal lawsuit of the person holding the right to create the collateral security.
