A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 201, 201, the Defendant, on the first half of 16:00, was fluorous E in the name-based Ma, a leap store operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the effect that “I will make a report if I would do not do so. I will make a report.”

Around September 10, 201, the Defendant had a frighter victim, frighter, remitted one million won to his creditor’s account in the name of F, his/her creditor, and had the said F deliver a total of four million won over two occasions on June 11, 2012 and on July 10, 2012, and repaid his/her debt.

The Defendant, as stated in the attached list of crimes in the attached list, received property or acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 318 million in total by threatening the victims as above.

2. Around 03:00 on April 9, 2014, the Defendant attempted to take money by threatening the victim’s employees of the leap establishment, including the statement in paragraph (1), “I seeing that I will be a funeral,” and “I see that I will leave the leap with the face of KRW 10 million,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00

3. Around 09:00 on March 5, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1, committed assaulting the Defendant on the ground that the Defendant stated that “I will pay money if I wish to do so, I would like to see even if I would she would not have been able to do so, I would like to see even if I would she would have done so, I would like to see that I would not have been able to do so for this year.
